Shipping policy
The Mug Issue ships within the United States. Every mug is printed to order, so your order is made especially for you before it ships.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to other countries yet.
Production time
Each order is printed after you place it. Production usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times below start once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery times
All rates are in US dollars. The exact shipping cost for your cart is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping
Orders of $50 or more ship free with standard delivery. The same delivery times apply.
Order tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our print partner. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.
Orders with several items
Mugs in one order may be printed at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages. You are never charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays and peak seasons can extend them.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we can reship it at your cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us at ibtissamkhann@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace the package and, where it is confirmed lost in transit, send a replacement at no cost to you.
